Los participantes pueden reservar ya su plaza en los vuelos enviando un email a info@titandesert.com indicando Nombre y Apellidos, vuelo seleccionado y comprobante de pago mediante transferencia bancaria.

CONDICIONES GENERALES:

1 - La ciudad seleccionada de SALIDA será obligatoriamente la ciudad de regreso.

2 - PLAZAS LIMITADAS: Es imprescindible el envío del comprobante de transferencia bancaria para la reserva de la plaza en los vuelos.

3 ‐ Por motivos aduaneros en la frontera España ‐ Marruecos, no se permitirá que ninguna bicicleta viaje en los vuelos Chárter. Las bicicletas deben viajar a Marruecos en los camiones de organización y deben ser entregadas en Barcelona la semana del 17 al 19 de Abril*.

*En el mes de marzo recibiréis toda la información del proceso de envío de bicicletas a vuestro correo electrónico.

4 - En los aviones de la organización no está permitido más de una maleta por participante y el peso máximo autorizado es de 25kg no siendo posible el pago por sobrepeso.

5 - Los horarios de los vuelos se comunicarán la semana previa a la carrera. Los vuelos de ida desde España a Marruecos saldrán a primera hora de la mañana del día 28 por lo que los participantes con conexiones deben programar su viaje hasta la ciudad de salida de los chárter el día anterior.

6 ‐ Las plazas en los aviones chárter son limitadas y se asignarán por estricto orden de reserva y pago, considerando que la reserva se hace efectiva en el momento en que se hace el ingreso de los vuelos y la organización reciba los datos del inscrito, el vuelo solicitado y el comprobante de pago.

7 - En caso de completarse las plazas disponibles en los aviones chárter, será responsabilidad de cada participante encontrar los medios para presentarse a las verificaciones del día 28 de Abril en Marruecos

8 ‐ CANCELACIÓN: No se admiten devoluciones del pago de los vuelos.

10 - Para aquellos participantes que deseen viajar a Marruecos por su cuenta el aeropuerto más cercano a la zona de salida y llegada de la carrera es el aeropuerto de Er-Rachidia (a 2 horas en coche del punto de encuentro), Ouarzazate (a 6 horas), Fez (a 7 horas) y Marrakech (a 10 horas).

3 ‐ For customs reasons at the Morocco border It's not allowed that any bike travels in charter flights. Bicycles must travel to Morocco in the organization trucks and must be submitted to Barcelona from April 17th to 19th*.

*In the month of March you will receive all the information about the process of shipping bicycles on your email.

4 - In the charter flights is not allowed more than one luggage per participant and the maximum weight allowed is 25kg. it's not possible the payment for overweight.

5 - The final flight schedules time will be communicated the week before the race. Flights from Spain to Morocco will departure first time in the morning of day 28th so participants with connections must schedule their trip to the city of departure of the charter the day before.

6 ‐ Seats on charter planes are limited and are allocated in strict order of booking and payment, considering that the reservation is done at the time of the organization receives the email with the participant name and surname, the flight requested and the proof of payment.

7 - In case of doesn't have any more seats available in the flights will be the responsibility of each participant to find ways to be in the verifications on April 28th before 2pm in Morocco

8 ‐ CANCELLATIONS: There are no refunds for flights payment in case of participant withdrow.

10 - For those participants who travel to Morocco on their own the closest airport to the starting area and finish of the race is the airport of Er-Rachidia (2 hours drive to the meeting point), Ouarzazate (6 hours), Fez (7 hours) and Marrakech (10 hours).
