Already are available for hiring the charter flights of the Milenio Titan Desert by Gaes 2013. Participants can book their place on flights sending an email to info@titandesert.com indicating full name, flight selected and receipt of payment by bank transfer.

*Includes airport transfer to the starting point and from the finish of the race back to the airport.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
1 - The selected
DEPARTURE city will be necessarily the RETURNING city. We recommend that participants with other flight connections to choose the flight from Madrid.
2 - There will be only one flight for each way
and seats are limited: You must send the bank transfer receipt for the reservation of the seat on flights.

For customs reasons at the border between Spain and Morocco, is not allow any bike in the charter flights. Bicycles must travel to Morocco in the organization trucks and must be delivered in Barcelona between 16th and 18th of April *.
* In the month of March you will receive all the information of the process for sending the bike in your email.
4 - In the charter planes is not allowed more than one bag per participant and
the weight limit is 25kg. It's not possible to pay for overweight.
5 - The
flight schedules will be communicated to participants the week before the race. The flights from Spain to Morocco will departure early in the morning of April 27th. Participants with flight connections should plan their trip to the selected departure city on the previous day.
6 - Seats on charter flights are limited and will be allocated
by strict order of booking and payment, considering that the reservation becomes effective at the time the entry is made and the organization receives the registered data, with the flight request and the receipt of payment.
7 - If the
available seats on charter planes are completed, it is the responsibility of each participant to find ways to present himself in the verifications on the 27th of April in Morocco.

CHANGE OR CANCELLATION: No refunds are admitted on the amount payed of the flights.

TRAVELING TO THE RACE ON YOUR OWN
For those participants who wish to travel to Morocco on their own:
by PLANE
- The
nearest airport to the start and finish area of the race is Ouarzazate airport which has regular flights from Casablanca . It is located
110km far from the meeting point and the start of the race. It's also
300km from Erfoud, the end of the race.

Errachidia Airport has no currently regular flights.

Marrakech Airport is
315km far from the start point, and is
510km far from the finish of the race.

Fez airport is
500km from the start point and
410km from the end.
If you choose to travel by plane with by your own
we can arrange the transfer from the airport to the starting point and from the finish (contact the organization).
By CAR
Another option is
to travel with your own car to the starting point of the race, in this case you must consider the following:
- You must manage
customs formalities (ATA).
- The
start and end of the race will not be in the same place (they are about 250km away).
- The organization
can't be responsible for the vehicles, whether they are in the starting point, as if they want to wait in the finish. Also any car is accepted in the race route during the race.
In any case,
participants arriving by their own to the starting point the days before the race, can not stay in the same hotel as the organization and should manage their accommodation in other hotels.
They must be presented in the meeting point on
27 April from 10:00am.
