The satisfaction survey carried out among the participants in the 15th Titan Desert, held in Almería (Spain) from 2nd to 6th November 2020, shows some very satisfactory results. In particular, in a matter of great concern in these times of the pandemic: ensuring that the event was Covid-Free.
The measures the Organization put in place in Almería to combat Covid-19 have been rated by the participants at 99%; both the patch-test (for antigens) and the protocols activated to prevent the Coronavirus. Another interesting result is that if the pandemic persists, 96% would compete again in an event which included the protocols and measures applied in the last Titan Desert, where the cyclists felt safe.
The Titans give an ‘excellent’ rating to the event held in Almería
The average overall rating for the Titan Desert 2020 was ‘excellent’: 9 out of 10 from the 217 responses collected. A curious fact: the stage rated most highly was the fifth and last (Tabernas-CM La Legión-El Toyo), with a 98% rating.
Another of the points that the participants scored high in this 15th edition of the Titan Desert is for the accommodation provided. The hotel was given a rating of 96%, while the bivouac (located in Mini Hollywood), scored 94%, which shows the good response given to this very special site.
